Terms and conditions of purchase
These terms set out how an order is placed, paid for and delivered when you buy from us.
By placing an order you agree to the terms below. They are written in plain language so you know exactly what to expect.
How ordering works
To order, you submit your name and phone number through the order form. This is a request, not a finished sale. A member of our team then calls you to confirm what you have ordered and the delivery address. Your order is only finalised once it has been confirmed on that call.
Pay on delivery
We operate on a pay-on-delivery basis. You pay nothing when you place your order and nothing during the confirmation call. Payment is made only when your parcel is delivered, and you may pay in cash or by M-Pesa. You are entitled to check that you have received the correct, sealed item before you pay.
Pricing
The price is KSh 6,750 for one bottle of 30 capsules. The price is confirmed on your order call before anything is dispatched, so there are no hidden charges added at the door. Delivery is included in this price.
Delivery times
Once your order is confirmed, delivery takes 1 to 3 working days countrywide. Nairobi and the larger towns are usually fastest, while more remote areas may take the full three days. If a parcel is delayed beyond this, contact our support team and we will follow it up for you.
Results vary
Results depend on the person and on taking the product consistently over a full course.
